When will I receive my order and how much is delivery?

Orders purchased on the website will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. However please allow 10-14 working days for any personalised items. Should you order be urgent please contact us and we will arrange a next day delivery for you. We offer free delivery on all items but should you need your items sooner this is no problem! First class delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 will arrive with you between 1-2 days. We do post internationally and this is a flat rate of £7.50.


Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted on non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt. Buyer must return any items at their own cost. Items must be in the original packaging and be returned in the same condition as sold. A refund will be issued once the product is received back to us and will be processed with 5 working days. Please obtain proof of postage if you are returning an item. Should you wish to return an item please contact atouchofsilkweddings@gmail.com. Personalised items are not returnable.


Can I order a personalised item?

Should you wish to order any of the personalised items listed on the website please make sure you provide us with the relevant information needed for the item. Whether that be your name/s and wedding date etc, please input these details in the order notes in yon the checkout page. Note work will not start on any personalised items until all the relevant information is received.


Can I request a custom order?

Of course, if you want us to generate a completely new design for you or simply change one of our existing designs to suit your needs, please contact us on atouchofsilkweddings@gmail.com. We are more than happy to discuss your individual requirements with you.


How can I pay for my order?

Payments can be accepted via Paypal or credit or debit card.
